Background: The art of proctologist is based on the study haemorrhoid and it seems inappropriate to trace history development our current understanding this rather in completely understood subject. Use laser for piles has been described recently It Said be less painful as burns seals vessel simultaneously.Aim: purpose was evaluate procedure treatment second third grades haemorrhoids.Materials Methods: 30 participants were enrolled from July 2020 till November 2022 at VMGMC, Solapur a tertiary care centre west Maharastra. Lastronix machine used, parameters used Diode wavelength 980nm, continuous wave, Power 5-15 watt, spot size hand piece 0.4mm. Laser haemmorrhoidectomy performed under spinal anaesthesia.Results: observed that post operative pain (VAS score) significantly reduced after 48 hours operatively. chi-square statistic 14.552. p-value 0.005726. result significant p
